REFUND AND COMPLAINT POLICY

1. Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.

2. Return conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

  • be undamaged
  • show no signs of use
  • have its original packaging (if applicable)

The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are violated.

3. Return procedure

To initiate the return process, the Customer must:

  1. contact the Seller
  2. receive return instructions
  3. send the product to the indicated address

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

4. Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, the Seller will issue a refund within 15 business days.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Return costs

The Customer bears the cost of return shipping, unless:

  • the product was damaged
  • the wrong product was sent
  • there was a Seller error

6. Complaints

In the event of product defects, the Customer has the right to file a complaint. Complaints are handled individually as quickly as possible.
